Heidi blew my mind with our wedding photography. With just a few pictures back, I'm already completely thrilled with our decision to hire her. Not only did she work within our needs for our wedding, but she was on time, happy, and easy to work with. Children love to smile for her, and our entire family commented on her skill and professionalism.
As pictures trickled in from family after the event, I was a bit disappointed. They were great, and obviously good quality shots done on good cameras, but I didn't like how I looked in them (neither did Mark) we're big people, and we're challenging to shoot. As a photographer myself, I understand that. After seeing those shots I began to get nervous about Heidi's shots. Maybe I actually looked really bad? Maybe there wasn't a good side to either of us?
Low and behold Heidi started leaking out the shots and I almost burst into tears. I looked amazing! Mark looked handsome! The editing was spot on, but even more than that, the technical photography was artistic and beautiful. She captured moments in time I'd already started to forget, and she did so beautifully. I'm SO glad we went with our gut and hired Heidi over the more and more popular decision to just let "Uncle Bob" do our pics. Heidi is worth every penny and more. I definitely feel like we got a BARGAIN. Her talent is easily seen in each carefully curated shot. She makes it look effortless.
